workshop in photos !

Thanks again to all the wonderful participants that came from far and wide (and also from Picton) to the first foodographyPEC workshop and helped make it such a success.Big thanks too, to photographer Marc Polidoro, designer Tim Snyder of Ton-up Creative, and Chef Scott Royce of justcook.ca , who shared his farmhouse kitchen (ok,pretty much the whole house) with us.We agreed the lamb he cooked (from Goodfellow Meats of Picton) was incredibly delicious. {Scott: can I please have the recipe?}

Feedback has proven uselful; the next foodographyPEC workshop is Fri. March 8 (with photographer Christopher Gentile…more details soon) will have 2 sets, more space to spread out, and a simplified menu so that we one-on-one tutelage won’t be threatend by the fading light of day (plus…we’ll have some suprises). Meanwhile,Marc Polidoro tells me he’s available for private lessons…good news for those looking for some private phoptography coaching from a pro (and instructor at Loyalist College). Contact him here.
