Excited to share Michael Hoy’s delicious menu for next Food●ography workshop on March 8, at Huff Estates Winery with Hoy @ Huff !  Bring your cameras and join me, photographer Christopher Gentile and graphic designer Tim Snyder of Ton-up Creative ,as we transform the winery’s dining room (with some help from our friends at French County) into a food photography set! Registration information (including details for booking a room at the Inn at Huff Estates Winery)is here.

Indulge in a guided dessert wine pairing (of the tartlets that you create and shoot yourself) with esteemed sommellier Brian Hanna.

A winery tour follows dessert, at the end of the workshop.

Maybe becasue it’s especially snowy and cold today….we’re delighted to announce our Summer workshop will be held at the heritage, 1830’s farmhouse home (on 40 acres) of  From the Farm Cooking School on July 11, with Cynthia Peters !

More details soon, but join us in cooking (and shooting, and eating….) a beautiful Summer Garden Picnic under the ancient shade tree in the garden, complete with pickings from Cynthia’s own herb and vegetable garden.
