Here are a few images from the current campaign for VH Sauces that I styled, photographed by James Tse. I love the graphic colours, black plates and copy writing that makes you want to try these new recipe additions featured in the VH Sauces Moon Festival. Projects I sometimes get to work with have substantial outreach to large numbers of home cooks, often short of time but looking for fresh, healthy and flavourful inspirations with such as this series of recipes.
I especially appreciated using the fresh-picked baby carrots and magnificent baby salad greens supplied by Vicki’s Veggies (my neighbours and friends here in Prince Edward County).
