Food*ographyPEC had a fabulous launch last Saturday at the Taste! community grown event in Picton, with a big thanks to Vicki’s Veggies for the gorgeous produce sold from our booth by adjoining the Portland Bridge Pickling Society. Their incredible preserves and breads, plus the Ontario -grown tomatillos, enormous Korean Purple garlic, and luminous eggplants and peppers attracted lots of attention at the Farmers Market. We’ll announce how much was raised for the Willi Fida Bursary Fund shortly. Thanks too, to all who joined in the fun, and to the wonderful team at Taste! and the other vendors who worked so hard to present the whole event with such finesse.
