Continue with a demonstration of food styling and photography with Ruth Gangbar and Christopher Gentile, with amazing Vegan foods prepared by Chef Chris Byrne. Choose from our prop selection to create your own photography scenario, with small group tutorials, personalized art direction, and tastings of Vegan appetizers that are available to shoot and eat.

Break for a delicious, uniquely created “Vegan Harvest Lunch” featuring locally grown and wildcrafted foods, together at the long table.

Continue with outdoor food photography { weather permitting }, with something naturally sweet for dessert, and more tutorials and opportunities to share your images with the group.

Close the workshop with a guided, personalized wine tasting of the award winning Karlo Estates Winery’s wines and ports in their cozy tasting room, located in a historic barn in Wellington, Prince Edward County. Visit the largest dry stone wall bridge in Ontario, located on site.

Fee: $395 + HST per person Bring your digital camera and tripod (or a camera phone).

Moderate photography experience is recommended.
